BLG's Investment Management Group is pleased to share our updated Investment Fund Rules Book with our clients and friends. This rules book has been updated to include the January 3, 2019 amendments to the various national instruments. It contains compilations of the various instruments that are in common use by the Canadian investment management industry.

We also produce a Registration Rules Book which contains the most significant registrant regulation rules. The rules in this book were unaffected by the January 3, 2019 amendments, and therefore the edition we distributed in June 2018 remains up to date.
