March 6, 2018 – The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) has introduced a new reconsideration process for candidates who have their Alberta immigration applications rejected.
The process is effective as of March 1, 2018, although requests will only be accepted under certain conditions.
Central conditions are that the reconsideration request is submitted within 30 days of the date on the decision letter, and the grounds for reconsideration are directly related to the reasons stated in the letter.
