At the time the 2020 update on contract law was published, two
cases were on reserve at the Supreme Court of Canada. This paper
summarizes and discussed the implications of the decisions in
C.M. Callow Inc. v. Zollinger and Wastech Services
Ltd. v. Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District,
which were issued in December 2020 and February 2021
respectively.
