Law360 published the first piece, "Dealing with Product Liability Down Under," in its July 11, 2016, issue and the second piece "Defending against Product Liability Down Under" on July 12, 2016. The articles deal with product liability and the management of litigation in Australia and how that differs from the way things are done in the United States.
