Conyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Partner, Matthew Stocker, as head of the Cayman Office's corporate practice.

His appointment comes during a period of expansion for the office with strategic appointments across corporate and litigation practices. Matthew joined Conyers in 2013 and has over 20 years' experience as a Cayman attorney-at-law and has significant knowledge of all areas of offshore transaction work. Matthew will lead a highly regarded and internationally ranked team with recognised expertise in a wide range of corporate and financial matters including M&A, investment funds, insurance, asset, structured and fund finance.
