NEW YORK, NY, May 6, 2020 — Arnold & Porter announced today that Jami Mills Vibbert has joined the firm as a partner, resident in the New York office. Ms. Vibbert brings vast experience in navigating clients' global data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity concerns across a number of industries, with a particular focus on life sciences, healthcare, and financial services.

In announcing the expansion of the firm's privacy capabilities, Richard M. Ms. Vibbert counsels clients on compliance with the ever-growing number of data protection, privacy, and data security requirements and creation of global data strategies and programs designed to align with these requirements. She assists in program and policy creation, risk assessments under HIPAA and other data security laws, data risk management, negotiating privacy and data security provisions with customers and third parties, privacy and data security due diligence, breach response, and privacy and data security-focused investigations and litigation. She also is experienced in helping clients develop digital health and telehealth solutions to augment consumer engagement and in creating business strategies to comply with myriad complex privacy and data security regulations.
