Acritas has honored 164 Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers by naming them to its 2020 Acritas Stars list.
The list serves as "a source of highly recommended lawyers," and Acritas bases its list solely on information from "the clients who pay for those lawyers, with no influence from law firms."
Acritas studied more than thousands of Acritas Stars with the aim of understanding what makes people successful lawyers. Its list is based on analysis of 8,292 client interviews. Acritas Stars received nominations from more than one client and are hailed as "stand-out lawyers who create a significant uplift in client satisfaction, advocacy and share of wallet."
The nominations are collected during a broader research study of senior in-house counsel. The research has revealed the huge impact Acritas Stars make on a variety of performance metrics, including quality of expertise, closeness to client, being innovative and cost-effectiveness.
Acritas is a global legal services market business research firm, which also conducts Norton Rose Fulbright's market-leading Litigation Trends Annual Survey.
