  • Recent developments in environmental legislation and case law, including the coming into force of the federal Impact Assessment Act, new federal Environmental Emergency Regulations, Ontario's new excess soil regime and an update on greenhouse gas regulation and carbon taxes
  • Recent developments to the workplace violence and harassment requirements under the Canada Labour Code and new regulations under Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Recent cases in occupational health and safety law, including a case which addresses the employer's duty to inspect the workplace
