The mini-seminar "Latest IP and EU Developments, Including Germany and the UK (Brexit)" organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) in conjunction with the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), will take place on January 26, 2017, in Munich.

The seminar is specifically developed for Trademark Administrators (TMAs), paralegals and other staff dealing with trademarks.

Focus of the seminar are topics relating to IP and EU Developments, including Germany and the UK (BREXIT).  Topics open for discussion are: an update from the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) relating to trademark classification in 2017, pharmaceutical marks and their requirements, New EU TM Regulations of the EUIPO — A First Report and a Look Ahead (Phase 2 of the Reform) and genuine use of TMs in practice.
