ENS' IP practice has once again achieved a gold-tier ranking in the 2024 World Trademark Review WTR1000 guide.

According to the guide, our ranking was based on our firm’s track record, which includes securing major victories for clients in trade mark litigation and the successful management of complex global trade mark portfolios.

Seven of our practitioners received ten individual rankings. Head of IP, Gaelyn Scott, was once again ranked as one of a handful of attorneys in the gold tier for enforcement and litigation with Delene Bertasso and Waldo Steyn also being recognised in the category.
