Commission probes Air New Zealand sales of insurance on
an "opt-out" basis
The Commerce Commission has confirmed that Air New Zealand is
being investigated over possible misleading or deceptive conduct in
the way it sells insurance with air fares. Presently, insurance is
being sold to customers on an "opt-out" basis.
