New Commercial Litigation and Employment & Labour Senior Counsel

Maria Tassou rejoins Pallett Valo as Senior Counsel in both the Commercial Litigation and Employment & Labour Practice Groups. Her practice focuses on Administrative Law, Workplace Investigations, Management Training and Privacy Law. Maria will also serve as Privacy Officer for the firm. Maria's extensive experience enhances Pallett Valo's expanding range of services, including Adjudication, Tribunals, Administrative and ancillary practices related to Employment Law, further enhancing the firm's capabilities as a regional legal powerhouse.

New Employment & Labour Lawyer

Kate Bresner joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Employment and Labour Practice. Kate has two years of experience advising on a broad range of employment and labour law issues, including compliance with Ontario workplace legislation.

New Intellectual Property Lawyer

Ahmed Bulbulia joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Business Law and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. Ahmed has a broad intellectual property law practice, with over 20 years of experience dealing with trademark infringement, passing off, trademark opposition proceedings, trademark prosecutions, copyright infringement, and has acted in complex multi-jurisdictional IP proceedings.

New Commercial Litigation Lawyer

Daniel Waldman joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Daniel has over nine years of experience handling a wide range of complex litigation matters including real property litigation, commercial leasing, commercial real estate, construction law, debt collection, and securities litigation.

New Business Law Lawyer

Marissa Mah joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Business Law Practice. As a summer and articling student with Pallett Valo, Marissa has been developing a practice that extends to mergers & acquisitions, the structuring and establishment of new businesses both locally and cross-border, shareholders agreements and disputes, corporate reorganizations, and various contractual arrangements.

New Construction Lawyer

Kyle Kuczynski joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Construction Practice. As a summer and articling student with Pallett Valo, Kyle is developing a practice in construction litigation, representing all players in the construction industry with respect to construction disputes, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, sureties and mortgagees.

New Commercial Litigation Lawyers

Dylan S. Fisher joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Commercial Litigation Practice. Dylan is developing a robust commercial litigation and insurance defence practice, representing individuals and businesses ranging from small family owned businesses to large multinational corporations. He also represents professionals and advises insurance companies.

Sarah Rustomji joins the firm as a Lawyer in our Commercial Litigation Practice. Sarah has a broad commercial litigation and insurance defence practice, representing individuals and insurers on all matters relating to insurance.
