On Friday, February 19th, 2016, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission approves and issues the General Terms and Conditions for the First-hand Sales (“FHS”) of Natural Gas.
Likewise, these General Terms and Conditions for the FHS of Natural Gas are part of the asymmetric regulation that, in terms of Thirteenth Transitional article of the Hydrocarbons Law, seeks to limit the dominant power of Petróleos Mexicanos, its subsidiary bodies, divisions or affiliates, and any other Productive State-owned Company.
